I have personally experienced all of these and found them all to be highly useful in learning not only practical recipe elements and cooking skills, but the cultivating of knowledge of flavours, substituting ingredients an nutritional information.

These intimate classes are limited to 8 persons and are fully practical / hands on. Participants will make four classic Blazing Salad recipes during this evening class. Recipes change each time the class takes place. The September class consists of: Millet & Vegetable Burgers, Black Bean Vegetable Hot Pot, Zingy Raw Slaw, and Date and Orange Squares.
