New Plant Based Series “Highway To Health” Features Irish Presenter Tanya O’Callaghan
The Los Angeles Based Performer Will Co-Host The Show
Highway To Health, a brand new T.V. series showcasing the benefits of a plant-based diet, will debut later this year with Irish musician & activist Tanya O'Callaghan joined by co-presenter Derrick Green. The pair will be exploring cuisines and cultures worldwide, along with eco-friendly innovations in the food world and beyond.
Each episode will also feature plant based athletes, doctors & celebrities including Moby, The Happy Pear, Kat Von D, and more. Several segments were filmed in Ireland over 2018 & 2019 and will feature throughout the show.
More Than Just Food
O'Callaghan's co-host Derrick Green is adamant about changing people's perceptions through the show, "The inspiration came from years of being plant-based and traveling the world with music—I was able to see an evolution evolving in the plant-based world internationally. I felt it was time for people to see a travel food show not only about unaffordable indulgence in exotic animal cuisine. I knew that there is much more to food and it’s important for us to break the stereotypes that exist surrounding the plant-based lifestyle."
The duo says the concept was born from their own experience eating plant-based while touring and the conversations they shared while doing so, "Sharing meals together has always been a catalyst for positive conversations, storytelling, teaching, and learning. Join us as we explore worldwide, from L.A to São Paulo, Ireland to Mexico and beyond."
Highway to Health is set to launch in late 2020. Keep up to date with the show on the official website
We will not stop until this show is available for everyone to see; it’s always been our goal from day one
